Frank B. Mesmer, Jr., Esq.

Frank received his BA from the University of NH, cum laude, in 1975,
and his JD from the New England School of Law in 1975. Frank has
been a practicing attorney in New Hampshire since 1978. Frank
started out with a Concord law firm and then served as a prosecutor in
Hillsborough County for eight years. There, Frank presented more than
100 jury trials. In 1986, Frank opened his own law office, focusing on
business and estate planning. Since 1994, he has been a volunteer
mediator in the Superior Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution
program. Frank has served as a mediator or arbitrator in dozens of
cases throughout southern NH. Frank is a member of the New
Hampshire and Federal Bars, and has presented a variety of seminars
on business and estate planning topics.
